President Paul L. Miller will present “Moments in Time – A 175^th Anniversary History of the Township of Spring”. This collection of vintage photographs will cover the township from Penn Street Bridge to the Tulpehocken to the Lancaster County line and include the various Boroughs carved from the township over the years including hotels, schoolhouses, transportation, businesses, mills and it’s various towns.
